Objective
The primary antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) is one of the most important coagulation disorder may lead to thrombotical complications. Most common ocular appearance is retinal vein occlusion. Thrombotic events can occur in all eye segments.
Methods
Here we report on two young female with APS, suffering after delivery an choroidal occlusion. Ophthalmological clinical results including photodocumentation and fluorescensangiography are presented.
Results
First patient developed choroidal occlusion caused of an APS. The visual acuity improved within one year from 0,1 to 1,0 under heparin an steroid therapy. Finally choroidal hyperpigmented scares remained.
Second patient also developed in the course of an APS  multiple choroidal occlusion with macular RPE-detachment. The visual acuity improved within three months under systemical anticoagulation. The final visual acuity was 1,0.
Conclusions
Ocular complication in course of an APS may appear different. The presented choroidal vein occlusions occur in context to delivery. The systemical anticoagulation may lead in a complete improvement of visual acuity.
